If you’ve ever been faced with creating a rotation schedule to ensure that multiple learners experience one or more cases/encounters during the course of an event, then you will appreciate the SimCycler.
Simply specify the number of learners, cases and rooms, then indicate how much time you have, the make-up of each encounter, and even if you want to have a lunch break … the SimCycler will take it from there.
Then, fine-tune your schedule to meet your needs, and finally, export it to Microsoft Word where you can add other relevant information and/or incorporate it into your event planning documents.
